What Could Small Raised Red Spot On Neck In A 16 Month Old Indicate?

Hi my 16 month boy had 1 small raised red spot yesterday on his neck area. This morning has about 5 on his stomache and 1 on his back. He is eating drinking sleeping and in good spirits. 3 days ago had a very upset stomache but that came to nothing. Given the spots are raised is this chicken pox?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, looking to the given history here I could say that the spot that you are seeing on the neck area of the baby could be hypersensitivity reaction and this would come around without the medicine, you need to keep a watch on this if this increased in the numbers then the child need to be examined clinically, have a nice day.
