What Could Small, Red, Mildly Itchy Bumps Like Bites All Over Back And Stomach Indicate?

I have small red bumps that look like bites all over my back and stomach, but nowhere else on my body. The started on chest then moved to my stomach and are now on my back. Not particularly itchy but irritating. I have no allergies and no prior skin problems. Never had acne or anything.

Hello,
Thanks for the query,

You might be suffering from scabies.

It is quiet common infection and presents with itchy acne like lesions on body.

It will be better to give an application of permethrin.

Also take an anti histamine tablet.

This will control the itch.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.

And get the medication prescribed.
