What Could Spots/pits On Foot, With Painful Physical Movements Suggest?

I have four little pits in the ball of my foot that are slightly painful to walk on. The have whitish crusty skin Inside with black spots. I ve had them for a couple years now (I think I got them at a beach) an now I m wondering what it is and if it is serious?

These types of patch are common secondary to fungus infection.These are non serious and treatable.Get in touch with dermatologist/physician for further guidance.
