What Could Spreading & Painful Spongy Lump On The Right Side Of The Waist Line Under The Skin Indicate?

i am 21 yr old girl,,i have a spongy feeling lump under the skin of the right side of my waist line since more than a year..now started to get so painful and heavy suddenly,pain starts to spread over the area and i'm getting worried now,,hope you help me please.

Hello,

If the lump reducing on size if pressed then it is likely to be inguinal hernia.If it is not reducing on pressing then it can be lipoma. Regards.
