What Could Stiffness In Back And Neck Region Suggest?

I have some discomfort and sometimes ache at my back and lower side just before my hip at the my right hand side. The sensation sometimes moves up to stiffen my back until I gas to get some relief. When i touch and push below my lowest rib towards my stomach and towards my back I sometimes feel the discomfort . If I eat less I feel better. Immediately I eat especially much I feel some discomfort at the left hand side of my neck. When this happens I hear my heart bit in my head although this head noise is dwindling away. What is my problem and how do I solve it?Tam

HI
Well come to HCM
The possibility of spinal disease is very likely like spondylitis or disc degenerative disease better way to manage this is physiotherapy, analgesic, and reducing the weight if you are obese, in my opinion the condition can be ruled out with the MRI study, hope this helps.
