What Could Stiffness On Diaphragm And Hips Suggest?

Hello, my name is Lisa Have been very healthy, active, kick boxing, but when it comes to jogging in class, my diaphragm gets very stiff. My hips and legs are stiff after one hour walk, to the point that I look like a handicap, not very easy too move.

Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you have stiffness of diaphragm and both hips and knee. By these combination in my mind came the Rheumatoid Arthritis specially if you have morning stiffness of other joints and if your age is less than 40 years. You can do your rheumatoid factor test done which will be helpful in diagnosis. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. Wishing you good health. Take care.
