Noted the history and understood the concerns. Sudden bloating of stomach, reduced appetite, fatigue and diarrhea is surely indicative of an intestinal infection either with bacterial or viral infection. Hence I would advise you the following: Get the tests of stool and blood, an ultrasound and a clinical evaluation by a Doctor for clinical diagnosis and proper prescription based antibiotic active against intestinal infection, metronidazole and probiotics. Also use only boiled and cooled water. Take homemade foods only. Take a PPI like Omeprazole as gastritis may ensue. Plenty of fluids and electrolyte solution to avoid dehydration and electrolyte imbalance.
Take Care
