What Could Stomach Cramps, Bloody Stools With Abdomen Pain Suggest?

hello.
Caurious, I have intermissant times of bright red spots of blood appearing on the tissue paper when passing stool. recently I have had baad stomach cramps, that appear and then dissapear although now it seems to be a more dull aching pain around the top of the abdomen. I is usually relieved by passing gas.
