What Could Stomach Cramps With Puss Cells In Blood Suggest?

I have almost constant stomach cramps. I usually find blood in my stool, so I took some (with blood) and sent it for examination but the results say that blood, mucus and worms are absent. The pus cells are 2-4 the R.B.Cs 1-3, and there's vegetable fibers (+) as undigested food and yeast like cells (+) through. Besides I had fever for no apparent reason, what could be the problem?

Usually, stool contains 2 to 3 pus cells in high power field.

Pus and blood cells may be due to Infection like bacillary or amoebic dysentery or inflammatory bowel problems or Irritable Bowel syndrome or food Intolerance or vascular abnormalities etcetera.

Please consult your physician he will examine and advice appropriate antibiotics to you.
