What Could Sudden Behavioral Change In A Child Indicate?

My 7 year old daughter has been acting funny all weekend. First on Thursday night she didn't want to play with her sisters or brother. She just wanted to cuddle which is very strange for her. On Friday i went to get my hair done in the morning and she called me in tears because I wasn't home. She was home with my husband and is usually a daddy's girl. She sat by the front window for 2 hours waiting for me to come home. She has been complaining of a sore tummy and a sore neck but has not thrown up and has not had a fever. All day yesterday again she was very clingy to me. Now today she has been saying that she feels like she is floating. She has been blinking her eyes a lot and says that bright lights hurt her eyes. I have no idea what could be going on.

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. Age of seven is the starting stage of understanding nether world. They realize so many things that exists. Love and affection is one among them. Up to this period they knew only near and dear. Now they understand love and affection. That could be one reason for her behavior.

Regarding her other non behavioral symptoms, you should check with a physician. I request you to take her for a physical check up, not an 'online' one.
