Hallow Dear,
As it is, your original weight of 195.4 was rather on the higher side of normal. Moreover, you have put on 60 kg more in few months duration. This is the cause of your irregularity in the menses. What is your BMI?
You seem to have
Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome which is characterised by irregular heavy menses,
infertility, obesity, coarse hair on the unwanted parts of the body like face, chest, abdomen, legs, etc.
Ultrasonography will give a clue to this by showing increased size of the ovaries due to
multiple cysts. You also will have to get your reproductory hormonal profile done. Please report to your Gynaecologist ASAP.
Oral contraceptive pills can regularise your menses; however, you should try to get PCOS problem corrected.
Along with the medicines, please control your diet to 1000 calories per day. Also regular exercise with the help of a physiotherapist is necessary. Try to reduce your BMI under 23.9.
I hope this will give you preliminary guidelines.
