General & Family Physician, Dr. Vidya KR's Response
Hi, Thanks for using HCM.
His description of symptoms are in more favor of ganglion or aneurysm of artery or lymph node. On examination of swelling which can be differentiated. Consult a doctor for examination, As you have mentioned about trembling, could be due to swelling causing pressure over nerve.
Simple ganglion may not require treatment, only in symptomatic condition minor surgery is sufficient to remove it.
Hope this helps you.
regards
