Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello

I have studied your case,
Lytic bone lesion can be multiple myeloma.
You may need blood investigation like sr electrophoresis,SPECT scan.
Multiple myeloma has poor prognosis.
Associated co-morbidities make it more critical.
Newer medications treat multiple myeloma ,but have there own side effects

Take calcium and vit D as osteoporosis is common in multiple myeloma.
To combat with chemotherapy you need to maintain high protein diet and fresh fruits and herbs

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.
