What Could Swelling Around Collarbone Suggest?

i have mild swelling above the collarbone since from one year and swelling under the left side of the chin which is from 3 years. and once i had severe severe throat infection folloed by fever.. and that time i was unble swallow or spit the mucus outside... i felt as if it was stuck in between.

Hello
I have studied your case.
There is possibility of lymph node enlargement.
This can be infected due to low grade infection.
You will need to investigate further like CBC,ESR,CRP .
If required ultrasound will help.
Till time you take anti inflammatory medicine.
If required FNAC may also needed.
