What Could Swelling In Calves And Ankles With Tired Feet And Legs Indicate?

Over the last few days i have had swelling in my calves and ankles. My feet and legs feel tired. It is fine after a nights sleep then starts swelling again after rising. I am not on any medication and otherwise have good health. I do suffer from hot feet but not all the time. I have not had any medical problems in the past.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you might be having some defficiency symptoms of Bcomplex, iron, etc.
In thiamine defiency and anemia, there will be edema of feet, and dyspnoea.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
Take balanced diet containing green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
