What Could Swollen Clitoris, Bleeding Followed By Brownish Red Discharge After Having Unprotected Sex Mean?

Hi doc, me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex the 31st of March around evening and lately I ve just been really worried. That same night he left I went to the bathroom and I noticed my cherry popped I was bleeding quiet a bit and now it cleared up but I have brownish redish discharge when I wipe.

I understand that you are worried about the vaginal bleeding and brownish red discharge after having unprotected sexual intercourse. It is possible that the bleeding could be from a ruptured hymen or due to a vaginal injury due to rough sex. However, other potential causes have to be ruled out.

Since the bleeding / discharge have been persisting for more than a week, I would suggest that you see a gynecologist for a proper examination and further management.
