Hi I recently had my periods last in night... Since morning my stomach was paining... I just went to washroom and I was shocked to see something... It was huge on the pad.. Something white and red... A liver like or a tumor like..I don t know... I m just very much worried...

From your description, it appears as though you have expelled either products from an undiagnosed pregnancy or an endometrial cast. A histopathological examination will clarify. If you wish to exclude pregnancy, please get the estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres done. HPT will not be of much use at this stage. Further management can be planned accordingly.
