What Could The Findings In Vertebral X-Ray Of Elderly Suggest?

My mother is 92 year and the result of x- ray was The vertebral bodies show compression fracture of the T7 vertebral body. There are COPD changes. There is a tortuous partially calcified aorta. There is mild enlargement of the cardiac silhouette. There are mild to moderate spondylotic changes.There is vascular calcification. Help me to understand what it all mean.

It simply means advanced osteoporosis and fracture vertebra requiring spinal brace and rest in bed,medication for copd and lastly breathing exercises within limits of tolerance daily twice a day.other supportive medicines
