What Could The Lump Just Above Clitoris Be?

Hello, I have a small lump just above my clitoris to the right. I noticed it a while ago but never really thought much of it, when I found it last time I kind of just squeezed it and put pressure on it. It hurt but it also kind of went away, like all the fluid drained. I noticed it again Last night and did the same and then this morning it was back and the area was a bit sore to touch, please help.

It looks like an infected sebaceous cyst or a small abscess.
