What Could The Lump On Jaw-line Of An Infant Refer To?

I have a 40 day old new born daughter.....she has a small lump on her right jaw line....its very soft and moves in diff directions when i push it....the baby does not feel it all and does not cry or react even. My Pediatrician said its nothing and shud go away on its own...your thoughts sir
