What Could The Pin Prick Dots On The Palm Be?
hello doctor, i have this red very little two pin prick dots on my left palm ( top right corner ) and have a shoulder pain when i try to move my left hand on 360 rotation... and the pain is generally towards the back side. Am a 25 year old healthy male...kindly suggest what is to be done, many thanks
