Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per my clinical experience, the presence of RBC in the blood indicates urinary tract infection, calculus in the urinary system or other causes.

I recommend taking repeat urine analysis, X-ray of the KUB for further management guidelines. Drink more liquids till you reach your consultant.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
