What Could Thick, Hard, Sticky Clump In Urine Be?

while urinating a clump or two of something resembling cum came out. No stray sex for over 25 years. No pain, actually felt like i came. I removed a piece of it from the toilet and it was thick, hard, clear, and sticky, no oder. Very strange. I am 52 years old. I do feel like I have the want to go pee, but not bad.

I'd suggest you get a urinalysis and a prostate gland check since this could indicate a prostate infection
