Hello,

Which surgery you have undergone? There is a possibility of infection after surgery or blood clot formation or hemorrhoids prolapse etcetera. You need to do a sitz bath daily. Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Take a high fiber diet and regular exercise. Drink plenty of water. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
