What Could Throbbing In Left Shoulder And Both Arms, Headache And Neck Pain While Being On BP Medication Suggest?
I have been having throbbing in my left shoulder and arm. Sometimes I get the throbbing in my right arm as well. I have issues with severe headaches and neck pains. I am going on day three with this headache and now my neck hurts really bad. I do have issues with blood pressure and currently taking medicine for it.

It is not related to antihypertensives.
As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist you can consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.
