What Could Tingling In Penis While Urination Suggest?

Hi, I have an ache and tingling in my penis, a little when i urinate though not every time, but can be pretty constant when doing nothing. I had an STI test 4 - 5 days after sexual encounter which was negative a but i was wondering if this was long enough after contact for a urine test to be accurate.

No, I suggest you repeat it and do a urethral swap to make sure you do not have an STD.
