What Could Traces Of Blood In Urine Suggest?

first urine test showed trace of blood in urine, retook normal Dr wanted another one this time was on coumin after hip replacement and it came back abnormal, got off coumin and retook. this time test was normal, Dr wants me to see a urologist, why if it is normal
