What Could Upset Stomach, Dry Cough, Fluttering Heart And Pain In Vagina Mean?

Am I just freaking my self out? I am now getting upset stomach, dry cough, shooting pain in my vagina, few little bumps in side my bottom lip, heart flutters every now and then...can t seem to find anything related to all of these systems at once...any idea what I can look up?

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history getting upset stomach, dry cough, shooting pain in vagina, few little bumps inside bottom lip, heart fluttering every now and then, but can not find anything related to all these symptoms at once.
Upset stomach can be due to gastroenteritis that in itself causing the aphthous ulcers in the bottom lip and pain in vagina.
The dry cough can be due to respiratory tract infection.
Heart fluttering can be due the thyroid problems or a cardiac cause that needs an opinion of a cardiologist and rest of the problems to be evaluated clinically by a Doctor and get investigated accordingly and be treated and/or sent for opinion of the Specialists.
