What Could Visible Veins In Lower Back Along With Pain And Tiredness Indicate?

I have a 8 year old daughter and lately have notice she is always complaining of pain somewhere. In her belly, legs, arms etc.She has shown signs of being tired a lot and not having the energy she use too. I have overlooked it thinking she was having growing pains or just wanted to get out of school. Tonight I notices that she has very visible veins in her lower back. Should I be concerned?
