What Could Watery Yellow Discharge In Stool Suggest?

I was just wondering, the other day I had an omelette, cheese and crackers, and cucumber and then started to have pain in my stomach, after going to the washroom, the last time I noticed it wasn't stool but a watery yellow liquid and I don't know if I should be alarmed. I feel ate supper and haven't felt sick since yesterday around 1pm. Should I be worried? I am 21 years old.

Hello,

Yellow mucus in stools may be due to bacterial infection, anal fissure, bowel obstruction or Crohn's disease. Other possibilities are Irritable bowel syndrome or food Intolerance etcetera.

Use probiotics twice a day for five days and tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. If symptoms not improved, then please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
