What Could Weight Loss Despite Proper Food Intake Indicate?

Hi
I've lost a few pounds, and I'm starting to get nervous cause a eat a very good diet, I'm an elit athlete. The thing that makes me a little bit worried is my weight loss, despite my very big meals. Do you have any diet tip, maybe some kind of snack or something?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Weight loss can be due to increased energy loss (from activity or increased metabolism) or from decreased calorie intake.

If there has been no change in your activity level or diet that would cause the weight loss then you should consider visiting your doctor for an evaluation.

This would normally involve physical examination and blood tests (complete blood count and esr).

If there is no problem detected then increasing calorie intake by increasing portion sizes or frequency of meals would be helpful.

I hope this helps
