What Could White Specks In Stool Suggest?

Lately I have noticed White Specks in my stool. The first time I noticed them they looked almost like a portion of a grain of white rice peaking out of the stool. I just took a stool sample and there are less then last time, but they now look more like a white sesame seed (note I have not been eating sesame). I am wondering what this could be? SM
