hi, I have been diagnosed with Crohns Disease for about a year now, and have been stubborn in changing my diet. Up until 2 weeks ago, I thought I could handle what ever foods I wanted to eat, but this thought has clearly changed. I ve ben in so much pain lately, and really need to change my eating habits. What are the best diets/ food plans I can do in order to get my flare ups to cease, and make me feel better all around. I was looking into the Maker s Diet and also the Gerson Diet but I don t know if these are good choices, or if you have any other helpful hints for me! Please let me know what you think, it would mean a lot to me!
