What Diet Is To Be Taken To Increase Hormone Levels For Fitness Health And Vitality Considering A History Of Clot In The Leg?
Hi i have beeen taking warfarin for almost if not more than 10 years due to a clot in left calf muscle many years ago.All the members in the family have had there blood checked and specialist believes that its in the family genes some are carriers .I have a blood test every4 weeks to adjust the warfarin(caumadin) intake also.Iam 36 years old and my question is. What things can and cant take to increase hormone levels for fitness health and vitality i am currently in the fitness industry and trying to get to 10% bodyfat levels with eating diet and training and trying to increase muscle size and strength as it feels like i am declining in all these areas as i get older?
