First of all, in order to treat anaemia, you must eat properly. From your questions, I can understand that you have a low appetite which might have contributed to anaemia. Include plenty of iron rich foods in your diet like Green leafy vegetables like spinach, fenugreek leaves etc., rice flakes (chiwda), whole bengal gram or chana, dates. Cook acidic foods like tomatoes in iron vessels.
Include vitamin C rich foods along with iron rich foods to improve iron absorption in the body.

If you are a non-vegetarian, you can include red meat, chicken and fish as iron from non-vegetarian sources is better absorbed. Liver is a rich source of iron and can be taken to improve Hb levels. You can have liver soup, spinach soups for enhancing iron intake.

Consult a doctor for iron supplements as your Hb level is very low and cannot be raised through diet alone.

Eat protein rich foods like milk, curd, cheese, dals and non vegetarian foods if you are non-vegetarian as protein deficiency leads to hair fall.
Include high calories foods if you are having low appetite like parantha stuffed with green leafy vegetables, or chapati stuffed with bengal gram flour and leafy vegetables.
Eat a healthy nutritious diet rich in proteins and iron. Make sure you eat enough carbohydrates to spare proteins by including plenty of rice, breads, wheat flour chapatis, pasta etc.
