What Diet Should Be Followed For Antral Gastritis?
I have just been diagnosed with barretts and antral gastritis is there any changes I can make regarding my diet to help stop these conditions from flaring up and causing further discomfort?? Your advice would be a great help. Look forward to hearing from you. Yvonne Ledger (Miss)

about diet is concerned in antral gastritis and barrets
better avoid spicy meals (chillies, tamarind has to be avoided)
avoid intake of alcohol it will exaggerate the symptoms.
these are the main thing you have to avoid.
and timely meals is must
