Hello
Gastric ulcer caused by certain foods but tension , hectic hurried life are another factors responsible for this type of ulcer .
Measures and diet :
Try raising the head of your bed about 4 inches with blocks .It also might help to avoid eating or drinking for 2-3 hours before you lie down. To control stomach acid one should not drink alcohol or drinks with caffeine in them or eat chocolates or burgers or pizza or spicy of greasy foods .
Whenever you eat, take very small quantity ( number of times you can increase).
You can take fruit but in limit and some space in stomach should remain empty and you will feel better.
Hope this will help you.
