What Diet Should Be Given For A 4 Year Old With Fever?

hello, my daughter of 4 started having high temperature - around 39 C - last night, I have been given paracetamol and nurofen but the temperatures lowers only to around 38 C. Hands and feet are cold but forehead very warm, she is drinking plenty of fluids but not eating. What would you advice? Thank you

Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Continue paracetamol 15 mg/kg body weight every 4-6 hourly along with tepid sponging.
You may give bread and milk,Porridge,or double boiled rice with dal.
