What Diet To Follow To Increase Weight After A Kidney Transplant ?
I am Bharath 27 years old. My height is 5 6 and my weight is 50 kg. I had kidney transplantation in OCT 2008. I look lean and hence would like to gain weight. Please give me a diet chart for weight gain.

add fatty cheesy material in your routine diet as well as lot of dry fruits which will help you to increase your wt
drink plenty of water and add sugar in each glass of water
