What Diet To Follow When Diagnosed With Gastritis? Taking Medicine For Nausea, Diarrhea And Dizziness

I have been diagnosed with gastritis and am taking a pill for the nausea and a pil for the diahrhea. I also am suffering with dizziness and am taking a pill for that also. In other words I feel tired and sick. What foods should I eat and what should I avoid?

Hi,

Thanks for writing to HCM.

The dizziness is due to fluid loss in diarrhea... so drink plenty of fluids and it will go.

For diarrhea take a coures of antibiotics like metronidazole, if you are not already taking.

Eat simple foods that are easy to digest. Eat curds and bananas... it will help.
