What Do MRI Scan Results Indicate About Knee Injury?

Hello Dr. Herrick J. Siegel,I had an injury on my left knee end of last November 2015. I caused after an awkward jump. I did an MRI scan and below is the impression of the scan report. Please advise me that what treatment that I should undergo.* Impression: Partial tear of the anterior cruciate ligament.Complex tear of the posterior limb of the medial meniscus. Partial tear of the medial collateral ligament with a small joint effusion.Please advise me on the impression of the MRI scan stated aboveHope your kind and valuable response at earliest.Thank you!Best Regards,Azaam

I really appreciate your concern, knee is very fragile joint and highly vulnerable to injury, if this is the meniscus injury then it may needs surgery that is the only option you have, hope this information helps.
