Both fallopian tubes were outlined up to their fimbrial ends and show peritoneal spillage of contrast medium, however the left fallopian tube showed mild dilation. The delayed film is within normal limits. Conclusion: Bilateral patent tubes Left mild hydrosalpinx
The hysterosalpingography report shows that both fallopian tubes are patent and there is no obstruction. However, there is mild dilatation of left fallopian tube which is mildly filled with water - Hydrosalpinx. Hydrosalpinx is usually secondary to infection and it will resolve within few days.
