What Do Blood In Urine, Nausea And Dry Mouth Indicate?

I have had blood in my urine the past 4 days. It s not acting like typical uti. I do not feel the urge to urinate frequently or have any pain. I ve noticed my mouth and my lips being continually dry. Thought I was just very dehydrated due to some new vitamins I was taking so I stopped those 2 days ago. Today, started feeling a bit nauseous. Is this a uti or something more serious?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It could be due to some calculi(stones) somewoin your urinary tract which has caused minor abarasions and caused bleeding. Dehydration favours stone formation and that’s what happened in your case. Take an ultrasound abdomen-KUB and do a urine routine also. Consult a urologist and he will direct you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
