What Do Chills Along With Dizziness And Muscle Pain Indicate?
Hello! I am chilled, a little dizzy, warm to the touch, and muscles are achy. I just got back New Mexico last Sunday, was on 4 plane rides. I also just donated blood on Wednesday. I am at work right now, other then the symptoms above I feel pretty fine. What do you suggest I do? Do you think it related to donating blood or going on the trip?? Thank you!!!

The blood donation should not produce symptoms that last beyond 2 to 3 days so it should not be having an effect.
It is possible that you are coming down with a viral illness which is a common cause of these symptoms - dizziness, increased temperature, aches and pains.
You can consider monitoring to determine the specific virus eg cold/ flu, stomach flu etc
