Welcome to HealthcareMagic
Following your pelvic scan that displayed 8mm fibroid mass I am suggesting you have a condition called leiomyoma

Furthermore the endometrial echo measuring 3.7mm I am suggesting you have Endometriosis

Moreover in regards to the 25mm septations in the right ovary this is a condition called polycystic ovarian disease

Meanwhile you need need to see a gynecologist for further clinical assessment in addition you will need surgery for the fibroid mass and the Endometriosis
Please take tablet metformin for the polycystic ovarian syndrome
I hope this helps
