Female age 57 very light spotting- Transvaginal ultrasound showsEndometrial thickness is 3 mm transvaginally - Which is good news- the question is u/s also shows fluid within the fundal region separate from the endometrial layer measuring 3 x 1.4 x 2.8- What does this mean?

Well come to HCM
Such finding some time common in imbalanced hormone level and this is nothing to worry because this would be changed as soon as the hormone level comes to the normal level, some time this may take little more time, hope this information helps, take care have a nice day.
