Welcome to health care magic.

1.Uterus is retroverted - which means posterior lie in relation to the urinary bladder, which is one of the the normal variations of the uterine lie.
2.Uterine measurements appears bulky overall.
3.Report suggest coarse / altered echo texture which suggests some inflammatory changes.
4.The endometrial thickness appears normal.
5.If symptomatic bleed and discomfort - treatment is hormonal treatment, finally if not responding operative.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
any thing to ask ? do not hesitate to ask.
