Hello,

Thanks for your query on HCM

"As"per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this -

1)Do a physical examination by your treating Doctor[Dermatologist]and do patch test to confirm the diagnosis.

2)Discuss with your Doctor about oral corticosteroids to reduce inflammation, antihistamines to relieve itching and antibiotics to fight a bacterial infection.

Do follow few lifestyle modifications like this -

1)Try to avoid irritants and allergens. Try to identify and avoid substances that irritate your skin or cause an allergic reaction.

2)Try to wash your skin. You might be able to remove most of the rash-causing substance if you wash your skin right away after contacting it. Use a mild, fragrance-free soap and rinse completely.

3)Wear protective clothing or gloves. Face masks, goggles, gloves and other protective items can shield you from irritating substances, including household cleansers.

4)Apply a barrier cream or gel. These products can provide a protective layer for your skin.

5)Use moisturizer. This can help restore your skin's outermost layer and keep your skin supple.

6)Take care around pets. Pets can easily spread to people allergens from plants.

Hope that helps
