What Do Lumps Under A Dog Bite Indicate?
I got bit by a dog about 10 days ago on my upper and lower thigh. The skin was punctured and I visited the doctor where I was given an antibiotic and tetanus shot. The punctures and scratches are healing and the bruising is beginning to fade but there are now large lumps under my skin near the punctures. Is this scar tissue? If so, will it eventually go away?
