What Do Moles Around The Anus Indicate?

Hello I am a 51 year old female and going through menopause. I have severe hot flashes and i thought that it was causing a rash or irritation in my nether regions. it was bad today so I looked in a mirror and found two asymmetrical moles near my anus one is about a third of an inch the other is smaller should I be worried
